Capital for the next stage

The share issue was set to raise approximately €259 million in gross proceeds for Sensofusion, rising to approximately €300 million if the over-allotment option is exercised in full. Proceeds received by selling shareholders are separate from the capital raised by the company.

Sensofusion plans to invest in software, detection and countermeasure technologies, AI and satellite capabilities. It also intends to expand production and testing capacity.

For the 12 months ending 30 June 2026, the company reported unaudited revenue of €49.4 million and operating profit of €30.1 million. It employed 111 people.

The listing marks a new stage for a Finnish defence technology business: access to public-market capital to support development and expansion beyond its existing operational deployments.
